Joshua Haravay is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Lighthouse Resilience Consulting. His work spans business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis management, operational resilience, governance, incident management, and enterprise capability development.
Joshua founded Lighthouse on the belief that resilience is a leadership discipline—not simply a collection of plans or a compliance exercise. His approach combines strategic perspective with practical implementation, helping organizations establish capabilities that people understand, leaders can govern, and teams can sustain.
